Marc Williams led our first Scottish Professional Football League gambling harm awareness sessions this week - backed by William Hill - with visits to address the first team squads at Partick Thistle Football Club and Queen's Park Football Club. Thank you to both clubs for supporting the brand new concept from its inception and for being engaged listeners and contributors to the discussion around preventing gambling from harming players, staff, supporters and clubs during Marc's visits. #gambling #gamblingharm #harmprevention #problemgambling

CEO & Founder, EPIC Global Solutions | #Gambling harm prevention & consultancy | Great British Entrepreneur 2023 |
Any CEO is only ever as good as the team around them, but honoured to be shortlisted for the Vixio Regulatory Intelligence global awards in the ‘Outstanding Individual Contribution to Safer Gambling’ category. EPIC Global Solutions was founded in 2013 and our mission today is the same as it was back then to prevent #gambling related harm. The work we do across sport, education, the gambling industry and many other sectors makes a difference, helps build a more sustainable industry and we are proud to have now worked in 33 countries. Proud to also be shortlisted in the ‘Responsible Gambling Service or Solution Provider of the Year’ which is testament again to the team. Some amazing individuals and organisations shortlisted alongside us and look forward to celebrating everyone’s work in London on the 4th December.

Congratulations Craig Cornforth! We know that you will be a hugely important influence as an IGCCB board member, providing a voice for those who have been deeply affected by problem gambling and looking to make things better for the next generations. #gambling #gamblingharm #harmprevention #problemgambling
Help Us Welcome Our New Board Members! Craig Cornforth brings a unique perspective to the board of directors, fuelled by his deeply personal journey through gambling addiction and its consequential harms. Craig’s personal story of a multi-platform gambling addiction led to a loss of his job, home, relationship, and severe mental health battles. With his last bet dated October 7th, 2017, Craig has since been using his lived experience – initially in a personal and subsequently a professional capacity – to drive positive change within the industry. With Craig Cornforth, the board gains a compassionate advocate whose unwavering dedication to leveraging his own experiences for the greater good epitomizes the ethos of transformative leadership. https://loom.ly/zOi5p_Y
