For over a quarter of a century, Chartwells UK have focused on helping those in education to build strong bodies, sharp minds and embrace positive dietary and lifestyle behaviours that last a lifetime. As passionate education and school caterers, they strive for every pupil and student to have the same opportunities to develop and make a positive contribution when learning at school, college or university. Created by Stephen Woodward, the ‘Junior Culinary Skills Programme’ has been designed to broaden the skills and knowledge of young culinary talent while teaching them how to make better food choices for themselves and the planet. With lessons on knifework, pasta and bread making, the free in-school programme hopes to inspire the next generation of hospitality professionals. Stephen Woodward, Regional Development Chef at Chartwells, said: “These courses are so important for equipping young people with tools they can take through their education and beyond. 🥘 Robin Dudley makes a super simple Rogan Josh Curry using our BRAND NEW Curry Onion Sauce and Rogan Josh Seasoning 📹 Prepare and cook in under 30 minutes using the simple steps below👇💙 Ingredients: 🔸20g tomato purée 🔸20g garlic and ginger paste 🔸30g Essential Cuisine Rogan Josh Seasoning 🔸450g Curry Onion Sauce 🔸50g natural yoghurt 🔸500g cooked protein Method: 1. Heat a little oil in a pan. Fry the garlic and ginger paste until aromatic 2. Add the tomato purée and fry for 30 seconds 3. Add the EC Rogan Josh Seasoning and fry for 30 seconds 4. Add the Curry Onion Sauce and the yoghurt. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer for 5 minutes 5.
