We look forward to joining the Engineering Biology Research Consortium (EBRC) and National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) next week, as they kick off a series of workshops to discuss how engineering biology and access to synthetic DNA has the potential to address some of humanity’s greatest challenges.   The workshop will also feature discussions on how we can improve DNA synthesis screening by enabling the development of better tools and mechanisms for screening performance evaluation.
