We're thrilled to be featured on Bristol24/7 about our partnership with Business West and the Local Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP) team to present a series of webinars, aimed at enhancing creative career opportunities and addressing skill gaps in Bristol and the South West. The webinars features insights from industry leaders such as The Bottle Yard Studios and Fable Studios, and aim to demonstrate the value of creative qualifications for employability. Jon Domaille, Head of Campus at Bristol said, “Our goal is to continue providing valuable resources and opportunities that inspire confidence in both learners and their parents about the viability and excitement of creative career paths.” The first webinar of the series was held on May 15, and received positive feedback from attendees. What an amazing campaign this was! We had an inspiring time working with Naomi Waddington and Lauren Weaver on the University of the West of England Undergraduate Recruitment Film - which is now on air on Channel 4 on demand! This stunning piece, conceptualised and directed by Fable Studios Creative Director Rob Holder, produced by Yas Haghighat and edited by Luke Spurgeon, is internally titled 'Integrate', as it's clear that there are incredible opportunities for UWE students both on and off campus. We were blown away by the facilities at the Frenchay, City and Glenside campuses and loved hearing the real stories and experiences of our wonderful student heroes.
