Today we are celebrating the 3 year anniversary of our lovely Sophie Rogers ! Sophie started with us as our Digital Marketing Performance Manager and is now our Global Head of Digital. Thank you for your continuous dedication and for being such a sweetheart Sophie, the FACEGYM family wouldn’t be the same without you!❤️ Her below top highlights have been: - Launching the Skincare range back in 2021 at the same time as a site re-design when Digital was a tiny team of 2 (a very stressful but rewarding memory!!) - Although a challenging time in COVID-19 for us all it was a really valuable experience from a business perspective having to pivot strategies to launch online classes which was a real novelty at the time but ultimately catapulted the business into huge success, a very exciting time for us all! - Being part of the FACEGYM ride and witnessing how far we have come as a business and a team in such little time is something very special and I feel very lucky to be able to work with such incredible people every day!! #facegymfamily #askincaremovement #fun #teamculture #anniversary

Let the good times roll! We had a team bonding evening last week in our office, where we created the story of FaceGym – in teams, we got creative in telling the story of where we started, to where we are now. The more fun and creative the better! Safe to say there were a lot of laughs, our creative juices were flowing and it was an incredible moment to come together and remember just how much we have achieved throughout the years. What did we learn? Firstly that our team is small but MIGHTY 💪 and that taking the time to pause and reflect is an important practice to do as a team. We couldn’t be more proud of what we’ve achieved and the family we have created. From our team to yours, we hope you have a great week!
