Meet Hazel Moore OBE (m1987), Chair and co-founder of international investment bank FirstCapital, which specialises in advising technology companies. Hazel was awarded an OBE in the 2017 New Years’ Honours list for services to entrepreneurship and innovation. Here Hazel reflects on the initial challenge to adapt to the intensity of the workload at Cambridge, along with her appreciation for the tutorial infrastructure to help students stretch along the line of independent thought.
