    And we're off! ☀️ Every summer we shutdown the company for the last week of August so we can all compete in a synchronised swimming competition 🩲🏊♀️ 👀 Ok, the swimming part isn't true, but we are off for the whole of next week getting some rest, spending time with family and friends, and enjoying the bonus week off.  Company shutdowns have been part of the Flexa culture right from the beginning. It's sometimes hard to fully switch off during your holiday when you're seeing emails or messages from the rest of the team carrying on with projects. But during shutdown week this is never an issue. Each and every one of us puts down our laptops and takes the week to recharge, ready for a busy September.  See you in a week!
