What a Olympics games for women! For the firs time, women made up 50% of the athletes, with around 5,250 women competing, making it a historic moment for gender equality. Equality for women in sports is more than just a matter of fairness in competition; it is a powerful force for societal change, empowering women, improving economies, and challenging deep-seated cultural norms. Achieving equality in sports has the potential to ripple outwards, leading to broader gender equality in other aspects of life. The charity facilitates free mentoring across multiple STEM industries. We have three core values: 1. Equal Opportunities: Equality is at the core of everything we do. It’s what we are driving towards by promoting and inspiring diversity in the workforce. 2. Advancing Representation; If you can see success, you can emulate it. Our aim is to help the increase representation of women in senior leadership positions and beyond. 3.
