Today with blue sky's above, Gough Engineering completed and despatched a large Gough Linear Vibrating Screener (GLVS) with twin out-of-balance motor drives for a UK Chemicals company in Cheshire providing quality check separation for lime and carbon coated prills. This unit includes a twin deck system with specific apertures on the top and bottom screens to produce the 3 fractions required during operations – all at a throughput rate of 5 tons/hour. Specific heights and outlet directional spouts provide the correct product flow, an important aspect in any linear transfer systems, bridging the gap between other existing processes. A BUSY DAY AT GOUGH ENGINEERING With very blue skies above, Gough Engineering today has been final testing and preparing a variety of despatches including: ·        2 large Gough Vibraflo GVF6 (1.6m diameter) for Hindustan Unilever on finished detergent powder check screening waiting for crate packaging, shipping to Mumbai. ·        Packing 2 Gough Linear Vibrating industrial feeders (GLVF) driven by Electro-magnetic drives (one of two) for AMG Alloys on Potassium Fluoroborate transfer/feeding. ·        Part finished large Linear Vibrating Screen (GLVS) waiting for final surface finishing and assembly to separate precious Titanium metals for a metals company in Lancashire. ·        A Batch Sieve (550mm) diameter waiting for final assembly for food grade sieving/check screen operations for a cake manufacturer in Manchester. ·        And on parts supply, final packing of plastic Gough Swinglink buckets for India.
