This weekend our team pulled out all the stops to host Manchester Family Pride for the 3rd year running. It was fabulous to see the site so alive and active. The Amphitheatre provided a focal point for outdoor activities including the mini stage. The Warehouse provided space for indoor play including inflatables on the ground floor and a host of activities in the upstairs atrium from train sets and ping pong to quiet time and pre school play in Little Northerners. Big thanks to Haylea our play practitioner from Play Maker Events for all her hard work, and to Proud to Be Parents and Manchester Pride. The Great Northern neighbourhood was packed to the rafters, and we feel very proud to have been part of the Pride family again this year. #pride #events #placemaking #manchester #families

This summer we have updated our Cottonopolis Nature Trail, free for visitors to use to explore the site. The little booklet is available to pick up outside Little Northerners near the Odeon entrance and is packed with activities that showcase the wealth of flora and fauna we have cultivated in our city centre site. #placemaking #nature #familyfriendly
