    🚀 How We Achieved £12,000+ in additional Direct Room Reservations in January! 🚀 Revitalising neglected data and delving into customer demographics, we promoted stays for international guests, staycation options for domestic clientele, and highlighted hotel offers, weekly events, and F&B updates for locals. Additionally we: - Cut out OTAs, avoiding their fees. - Saved 15% in margin, a whopping £1,800, with direct bookings. - Cross-sold an additional £1,000 through the hotel web-shop. 📈 We beat our targets by combining two crucial pieces of hospitality specific software, Captive Wifi and Hotel Cloud! 📶 Captive WiFi: - Increased customer data capture - Effortlessly segment new sign-ups - Effective customer journey resulting in an 81% Opt in rate 🏨 Hotel Cloud: - Easily segment data - Learn and understand audience - Easy to use email marketing tools 📧 These campaigns landed in the email boxes of the right people.
