About us

Hertility is a women’s health company built by women, for women. We’re shaping the future of reproductive healthcare by pioneering unique diagnostic testing that provides data-driven and advanced insights into reproductive health, fertility decline and the onset of menopause. We provide expert advice, education and access to care - all from the comfort of your home. Our research trials are a step towards fixing the currently flawed system. 31% of women will suffer from a reproductive health issue at some point and through our research, we aim to reduce the time to diagnosis through advanced at-home testing and specialist gynaecological care. We tailor pathways to the individual's reproductive goals, whether it be to explore their ovarian health and fertility options or overall hormonal health, such as confirming a PCOS diagnosis. Currently, we can diagnose 9 of the most common gynae pathologies which may lead to reduced fertility and signpost gynae cancers. Ultimately, our aim is to change attitudes around reproductive health, both for individuals and in the workplace, and to encourage women to be proactive by tracking their reproductive health. We’re calling this the Reproductive Revolution!

Healthcare wasn't designed for women, so we made it our mission to change that. When the health system inherently dismisses women and puts them on waitlists, we knew we had to create a solution. Through our diagnostic testing, online consultations and end-to-end care, we aim to put an end to some of the tragedies that result from the healthcare crisis. Women deserve answers, even when there are no symptoms. Join the Mother of all Movements and share to help us reach more women.

Yesterday, we hosted over 50 guests in ASOS HQ (and virtually given the current circumstances) for our official Fertility & Baby Loss Community Launch event! 💕 Huge thank you & shout out to our network chairs Etmonia and Jessica; core team Annabel, Calley, Hayley, Michelle and Naomi; our fantastic panel facilitator from Fertility Matters at Work, Natalie Silverman; our superstar panellists (ASOSers James and Georgia, alongside Race Across the World S4 star Betty M.), as well as Professor Siobhan Quenby from my alma mater University of Warwick; Caroline from Hertility, and of course my Reward & DEI teammates, Jack, Gemma and Christine. Great to have so many people join us, including old (and new) external friends - I was particularly pleased to see interest from other organisations keen to learn how they too can work to create a more inclusive, supportive environment for employees going through difficult journeys in their personal lives. This is just the start for our FBL community here at ASOS.com. 🎗️

Milking the Mother of All Movements 🐮 To celebrate World Breastfeeding Week this week, we want to shout out to another female-founded company: our friends and fellow scientists over at BoobyBiome who are doing incredible work to translate cutting edge breast milk research into solutions to improve infant health. But they need your help! Hertility's CEO and Founder Dr Helen O'Neill has already donated her breastmilk to further boobybiome's research. So this is a call to urge you to move out from the ovulation station and check into the lactation station by donating your breastmilk (or sharing this with any of your milking friends!)  🍼 It's super simple to do.  🍼 They'll come and collect it from your house and compensate for your time.  🍼 You'll contribute to groundbreaking research, helping boobybiome transform infant health. If you're not breastfeeding, give their page a follow to support their milk mission! Find out more 👉 https://lnkd.in/eE3YfkqX Dr. Sioned Fôn Jones
