The Commercial Airline industry has encountered the following NET profits from 2006 to 2017: 186.8 Billion USD, and the following since 2018: Year / In USD Billions 2018 / 27.3 2019 / 26.4 POSITIVE 53.7 2020 (137.7) 2021 ( 40.4) 2022 ( 3.5) LOSS. (181.4) 186.8 BI USD NET profits from 2006 to 2017 ( a 12 year period) in comparison to 272.4 BI USD in losses from 2020 to 2022 ( a 3 year period). Since 2018 approximately 27 Billions per year we estimate 2020; 2021; 2022 there were a loss of not having 91 billions in profit up from zero level Plus below zero level of (181.4) Billion in LOSS totalizing (272.4). 2023 27.4 2024 30.5 The 2023 year although not 100% back brought NET proft back, with higher ticket pricing as well as cargo, demanding higher fuel, services and maintenance costs extremely high, the fundamentals of having a raise in pricing and a raise in revenue and despite less flights, bringing back the same NET profits of 2019. 2024 shows an estimated raise towards 10% from 2019. In an overviews we see approximately 10 consecutive years, or 2032 to have the accumulated 272 USD Billion in losses in NET profitability again, besides utilizing new profits to paying all old accumulated debs, including lessors and other stakeholders. Who is up to invest in the commercial airline market, and which business models will come up? Warren Buffet withdrew Berkshire Hathaway investments in the 4 big US airlines in 2020, stating that market would take a long period to repay profits. Wise thoughts, something to learn from a well experienced investor. Backing up with bailouts from Governments, including EU and USA has made airlines not to bankrupt and it is extremely important, to consider that this story has yet not ended, and is still bringing operators to adjust to the market, but not all will be capable to succeed, mainly considering old business models with extremely inefficiencies in managing costs, applying losses and Chapter 11 equivalent management. How about new businesses without formerly debts, and venture capital only, assuming risks in a market overpassing 10% in 2019 NET profits? Resilience and detailed statistics and planning makes next. In this environment, what is the best time to Entry Into Service to succeed in the long term by yet applying demands such as sustainability with SAFETY, Efficiency and Economy? HUB Airlines is not the best nor the biggest airline, we are just made of people who understand other people, animals and nature. How important is your Team? WE not ME, this is HUB Airlines methodology and links it all. Would you do this initiative and Teamwork Spirit of Delta for your current employer? Boeing 767 The Spirit of Delta "This airplane and most of all, the spirit of Project 767, reflect that which makes Delta Air Lines unique. The Delta people.” David C. Garrett, Jr., Delta president & CEO, 1982 Project 767 In Spring 1982, the airline industry was troubled by a weak economy, high fuel prices and deregulation. After 35 consecutively profitable years, Delta posted a net loss. As a way of expressing their appreciation for company support during this trying time, Delta employees spearheaded “Project 767” to raise money to pay for Delta’s first Boeing 767. Led by three flight attendants, the project was an inspiring effort to raise $30 million through the combined donations of employees, retirees and friends. On December 15, 1982, over 7,000 employees, friends and the international media gathered at Delta’s Technical Operations Center, to present the airline with its first Boeing 767, Ship 102, christened “The Spirit of Delta.” Directly after the dedication ceremony, Spirit left Atlanta on its inaugural service flight to Tampa, Florida. Delta Air Lines in 2024 operates 992 airplanes, the largest commercial airline worldwide, making it a sample of long-term business and team towards a successful company led by Ed Bastian with a spirit of innovation. Does your current employer innovate? HUB Airlines is not the best nor the biggest airline, we are just made of people who understand other people, animals and nature.

HUB Airlines is honored to announce that The German Emirati Institute represented by its CEO Bernhard Randerath led by #Germany a leading Nation in #Europe and #UAE a leading Nation in Middle East, has chosen our new airline to start operations in #Brazil, as a strong partner in regards to sustainability, including #SAF Sustainable Aviation Fuel (that can also be made of sugar cane remaining). Brazil leads as one of the biggest ethanol producers having established itself in the 70's with a program which has invested and developed car fuel made of it, successfully. HUB Airlines has been leading strongly motivating SAF production which can reduce CO2 emissions in about 80%. Airlines cannot meet their self-imposed targets for reducing GHG emissions based on engine and flight improvements alone, we need SAF and other mentality. Although HUB Airlines has chosen the Airbus #A350 also based on its unique capability to reduce fuel in about 25% in its category, reducing CO2 emissions, it is not perfect, but it is the most we can get so far in technology nowadays. CORSIA complements the other elements of measures by offsetting the amount of CO2 that cannot be reduced through the use of technological and operational improvements, and sustainable aviation fuels with emissions units from the carbon market. CORSIA - Carbon Offsetting and Reduction Scheme for International Aviation, is the first global market-based measure for any sector and represents a cooperative approach that moves away from a “patchwork” of national or regional regulatory initiatives. It offers a harmonized way to reduce emissions from international aviation, minimizing market distortion, while respecting the special circumstances and respective capabilities of International Civil Aviation Organization Member States. In HUB Airlines opinion we have to have attention not to regulate margins that will allow the current fleet and market to continuing polluting. Our new concept of airline stating as the first #ESG airline from its roots, can collaborate to improve experiences that airlines today are unable to remodel. The #UAE is a global energy leader actively pursuing the decarbonization of its economy. It was the first country in the Gulf region to sign the Paris Agreement and the first country in the #MiddleEast and North Africa to commit to reaching net zero emissions by 2050 and the host of #COP28, declaring 2023 as the Year of #Sustainability in the country. The biggest decarbonization lever to the aviation industry is the adoption of SAF. For long-haul flights no other technology platform is expected to be available. Despite its critical role in decarbonization pathways for the aviation sector, SAF is supply-constrained and needs to be scaled rapidly. ANAC - Agência Nacional de Aviação Civil strong recognizes the importance of this matter and HUB Airlines proudly states that Brazil is a Giant by its Own Nature! A cup of Brazilian sugar cane juice, shall we?

Captain Paulo Licati a specialist Brazilian pilot in Crew Fatigue, outlined in an excellent view the points during an interview at Fortune, by David Neeleman, founder of Azul Linhas Aéreas Brasileiras as reported by AEROIN . In my opinion, other professionals in aviation, working with different changes in schedules, must be heard as well, towards prioritizing quality of life. A professional at the check-in counter with hundreds of passengers to board could have been passing through challenging times at home, with some relative sick or other matter, that everybody is subject to go through. Although this professional may be at home everyday, differently of an aeronaut, the working schedule may be during dawn, or late night, making the time with family for leisure, or to give support during a disease, extremely difficult. An airline upper Management can notice and prepare for smooth operations, such as coordinating better the luggage policy and control at check-in, avoiding passengers to have unpleasant surprises at the gate prior to boarding, messing up the work of another colleague working at the gate preparing passengers for boarding, at the same airline, who may also be in challenging times at home, among other human body daily and normal challenges, that can impose limitations, and can be overwhelmed with bad decisions taken by Management, imposed to employees. Just listen to employees, they work on the hard times, and aviation imposes limitations, during 24 hours, everywhere in the world. Managing well from the very beginning the type of aircraft, routes, among other planned matters, is essential to core into quality of life to stakeholders and peace of mind to authorities, stakeholders and investors. Safety, thence Efficiency, thence Economy. Never change this sequence, otherwise safety is to be affected. Carlos Roman

Congratulations to #Campinas on the celebration of its 250th anniversary. Campinas was founded on July 14, 1774. Between the end of the 18th century and the beginning of the 20th century, the city had coffee and sugar cane as important economic activities which HUB Airlines has a core to explore alternatives to #SAF Fuel together with The German Emirati Institute since 2023. However, since the 1930s, industry and commerce have been the main sources of income, being considered a regional industrial hub. Talking about hub, HUB Airlines incorporated as a holding in UK in November 2019, will incorporate a 100% owned new airline to operate scheduled passenger flights at the local airport #Viracopos managed by Aeroportos Brasil Viracopos SA , establishing the first scheduled Brazilian airline to be administratively incorporated, managed and operated in our headquarter at the City of Campinas. Currently, it is made up of six districts, in addition to the headquarters, and is also subdivided into 14 regional administrations, five regions and several neighborhoods. With the twelfth highest GDP among the country's municipalities, it is the first Brazilian city to become a metropolis without being a capital, exerting significant national influence. In 2011, it was responsible for at least 15% of all national scientific production, being the third largest Brazilian research and development hub. It also has several tourist attractions, with historical, cultural or scientific value, such as museums, parks and theaters. The Campinas Municipal Symphony Orchestra, founded in 1974, is considered one of the main orchestras in the country. Significant persons to the humanity have lived in the city, such as Brazilian Alberto Santos Dumont, father of aviation, and French Hercules Florence who has lived during 50 years in the city and is buried there, having been known to have developed photography revelation methods in the city. The Metropolitan Region of Campinas, formed by twenty municipalities in São Paulo, had a population of more than three million inhabitants in 2014, forming the tenth largest metropolitan area in Brazil and, together with Greater São Paulo, the Metropolitan Region of Sorocaba, Vale do Paraíba and Baixada Santista, is part of the so-called Expanded Metropolitan Complex, the first macro-metropolis in the southern hemisphere, which in 2008 exceeded thirty million inhabitants, approximately 75% of the total population of the state of #SãoPaulo. Among its national highlights it is named as the "Silicon Valley" of Latin America and holds the 2nd best university in Brazil, Universidade Estadual de Campinas according to the British consultancy Times Higher Education (THE).
