Summer means EVENTS at Ignata and we've had a veritable slew of them in the past few weeks! For example, we were delighted to once again draw on our close ties with the NOVA Community and host a SOLD OUT breakfast meeting all about transactions; an informal Q&A discussion at the Champagne Bar at the Institute of Directors (IoD) over croissants and coffee, covering topics from deal pitfalls to maximising exit value. Special thanks to Laura McNaughton and Lorna Hopkinson from BDO who shared their insight and expertise with the group.
