At the heart of our operations, is our customer service team, AKA the service superheroes, AKA the friendly faces behind the scenes who answer questions and solve problems. The team, who are spread across our London and Telford sites, work hard every day to ensure donated products are getting out the warehouse door in a timely manner, to the people who need them! They are on hand Monday-Friday to answer questions from our network, onboard new members, and process orders. 1. Eva is our Service Delivery Manager. She likes outdoor and indoor climbing and motor racing. Eva enjoys every aspect of her role as overcoming common challenges in delivery management is not an easy task. Her favourite part is working on many exciting projects. Fun fact, when Eva is asked if she has any children, she automatically answers yes, referring to her 2 Pomeranians. 2. Jess loves chocolate, animals and people… in that order! She has been with the organisation for several years and finds it really empowering how In Kind Direct has grown. This is clearly visible from the number of organisations that join our network on daily basis. Her favourite part is processing their registrations and renewals and loves seeing the vast range of different types of causes that they are supporting. Fun fact, Jess is half Portuguese and is a mum to very energetic toddler who loves Disney’s Frozen which results in Jess knowing all the words to all songs and pretending to be Olaf in her spare time. 3. Jenny is from Miami where the sun doesn’t stop shining, like her smile doesn’t! She is now living happily in Shropshire with her three fur babies and husband. Jenny really enjoys the complexity of her role within customer service team as every day brings new challenges which she excels at. Her favourite is processing the orders. Fun fact, Jenny is obsessed with Hello Kitty, and she has an extensive collection of sneakers which she colour-coordinates with her outfits every single day. 4. Michelle loves dogs, crocheting and camping. She also spoils the team on a regular basis with yummy baked goods which make the London team extremely jealous. Michelle’s favourite part of her role is speaking to the network and hearing about the fabulous work they do as well as learning of what impact our products are going to bring to them. Fun fact, Michelle is slightly obsessed with Temu.
