  • ✨ 𝗔𝗜 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗥 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘀 ✨  Occasionally you find an AI assistant that has boundless applications, plus is super fun to use. Today’s 𝗔𝗜 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝘁𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 is on 𝗚𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗻 𝗧𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀 – it’s like a Swiss army knife for executive function. https://goblin.tools   Goblin Tools is a collection of AI gadgets, originally designed to help neurodivergent people with tasks that feel overwhelming or difficult. But it’s useful for anyone at work or home! Here are our highlights: 🪄 𝗠𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗧𝗼𝗗𝗼 – Feeling stuck? Get started by breaking complex tasks into manageable bitesize steps. 🎩 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗿 – Can’t find the words? Tweak your text to be more polite, succinct, casual, or even sarcastic! (…we had fun with this one) ⚖️ 𝗝𝘂𝗱𝗴𝗲 – “Am I misreading the tone of this?” or “How is my draft email likely to sound to others?” Let the goblin be the judge. 🎓 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗿 – Will explain anything to you, as simple or as advanced as you like, with an example. 🍳 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗳 – Ideas to turn whatever is in your kitchen cupboard into dinner. 🖼️ image: AI-generated image of a little goblin robot helper #HealthcareComms #MedComms #AIworksForYou

Here’s a throwback to my #stateschoolproud days for #SocialMobilityAwarenessDay, a cause I'm championing with The 93% Club. My school in Wales gave me a lot of opportunities, which I grabbed with both hands. But over the years I’ve realised it also left a lot of gaps in preparing me for the professional world. When I was invited for an Oxbridge interview I didn’t receive the coaching others at private schools would have had, and when I made it to York Unviersity and beyond into the workplace, I felt much less equipped than others. However, hard work and determination will still get you far. I’m really proud of what I’ve achieved, grateful for what I’ve learnt along the way and feel privileged for the grit and resilience my working class roots have given me. Everyone deserves the same opportunities to succeed whatever their background, and I hope that we continue to create more equitable workplaces.

  • This #VolunteersWeek, we recognise that it is important – but not always easy – to find time for work, play and everything in between.    Our Life.First approach and flexibility at InnerCircle means that our people can make the time for what is important, including giving back to their communities.    Some of the brilliant ways our team shares the love include:  Becky Riffel volunteering as a trustee for Thames Valley Air Ambulance, Chiara Facco fostering kittens for a local association (too cute 🥹), and Danielle Russell, PhD reviewing patient information for Pancreatic Cancer UK.    Thanks InnerCircle | Life. First. for helping us to prioritise and contribute to causes close to our hearts.    #LifeFirst

Vulnerability in leadership is important; otherwise it can be a lonely place as you keep all of the stress on your own shoulders. We shouldn't be afraid to communicate, break down boundaries, and share more with our teams. They might even surprise us. PRWeek UK InnerCircle | Life. First.
