Hi Everyone, It’s been another exciting and busy year at Instant On IT! This year we celebrated our 19th birthday! The company is expanding, and we’ve welcomed 16 newcomers in 2023, putting the team at over 60 IT enthusiasts. Among them are two rising stars taking part in our Graduate Scheme. Learning is our passion, so we’ve also ushered in three Year-in-Industry University placement students so they can kick-start their careers in IT & Cyber Security. Two students from previous years decided they couldn’t live without us and have come back to work for us full-time. We love seeing our people succeed and are delighted to have promoted 14 members of our team to more senior positions. We have high hopes for further advancements next year, as our IT-obsessives continue to master all things tech. Several resident geniuses have been flexing their little grey cells and passing exams along the way. Our managers and leaders are also geeking out and studying, as we recognise it’s important for everyone to upskill so we can continue providing a top-notch service as we grow. We supported the Great Legal Bake by tempting everybody in our (7-floor) office building to gorge on homemade cakes. There was a brilliant turnout, raising lots of “dough”. The event was the brainchild of the London Legal Support Trust, which helps the vulnerable gain access to justice. They’re all-round heroes for justice! As we celebrate the joy and warmth of the holiday season, we’re thinking of others, and our people voted to make donations to UNICEF and Crisis this Christmas. We support these fantastic charities because they provide shelter and life-saving assistance to vulnerable individuals and children around the world. We want to thank all our fabulous clients for their continued trust and for being such a pleasure to work with!
