The panel discussion aims to enlighten individuals on how to scale up their way to becoming a board member in a firm or organization, including ideas and initiatives that champion diversity within boards. IoD Emerging NEDs are working with China UK Business Development Centre ( CUKBDC - https://lnkd.in/dD_Avqr6 ) to bring our Emerging NEDs business communities an exclusive opportunity. CUKBDC are leading a UK business delegation on a trade mission to China from the 25th of May 2024 to the 3rd of June 2024, allowing UK business communities to connect and explore opportunities in China. The programme will focus on regions of China, to visit and interact with the 13th Expo Central China 2024 (ECC, https://lnkd.in/d9MMT4D6) and Western China Innternational Fair of Investment & Trade 2024 (WCIFIT, www.wcifit.com). Those two major events focusing on China regional market will bring leading sectors and businesses from a total of 15 provinces of central and western China, about half of China regions to meet you. Our delegation will visit cities of Changsha (ECC), Chongqing (WCIFIT), Chengdu, Wuhan and Nanjing. Limited slots available for this trip as we are nearing the 10 company delegates we set in order to better manage logistics. No participation fee to engage. This year we have been working on a series of events to relaunch our special interest group since we have changed our name to Emerging NEDs.
