At ioda, we specialise in delivering leadership and management that is always bespoke to the client’s needs with a clear thread of E & D blended throughout to maximise and accelerate learning and business improvements. Bringing you 29 years of experience of working with public, private and voluntary sectors both nationally and internationally. As accredited centres for the CMI and ILM we also provide accredited training from First Line Manager through to Strategic Manager. Our highly skilled trainers have strong experience from working across a full range of clients. They have developed an impressive knowledge from these experiences, which brings added value to any programme. This exposure to a wide range of different organisations, cultures and people enables our team to maintain a ‘feet on the ground’ perspective, which is evident in all they do.
