🧠 Focus and #collaboration were front and centre at JET Connectivity as we concluded last week with our monthly 'all-hands' meeting, this time with a reworked format... Taking on board feedback, we shifted towards a more interactive round table format, with just a bit of show-and-tell thrown in: 🛠️ • The Engineering Team delivered some insightful demonstrations into future integrations and developments of our buoy platforms. 🌐 • And Networks showcased their latest of cutting-edge advancements in our pop-up 5G network capabilities. We capped off the day with our much-anticipated summer BBQ, a perfect way to unwind and celebrate our collective achievements (of course taking all necessary precautions 📸) Working in a #startup is about believing in something bigger, about taking risks, pushing boundaries, and being part of a journey that's unpredictable but full of possibility. ⏪🕑 Two years ago today, we got the keys to our Farnborough Offices and kicked off a defining chapter of JET's journey. What started with just a few of us with some paint brushes has now grown into a bustling office that's nearly at full capacity! (meeting room allocations are given to the last one standing ⚔️) In this time we've hosted key industry figures, had countless collaborative all-hands sessions, and enjoyed some fantastic BBQ's and Christmas parties that frankly cannot be topped. As we reflect on our growth and achievements, we're excited to look to the future and see what opportunities are ahead. I sense today could be the start of something big for the #offshore #energy sector. #Connected 5G, faster, more #resilient #clean energy generation? This morning I gave a tour of JET Connectivity's Merida. We heard about how with connectivity we can enable faster #decarbonisation of the energy sector, when supported by the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero and with industry pull from the Net Zero Technology Centre. We then went up the road to Verlume and saw the fantastic Mocean Energy wave energy converter and the impressive battery platforms being commissioned now. So many thanks to those that made it today Mark, Cameron, Cameron, Rebecca S., Richard, Andy, Andy M, hopefully we can host another event soon and invite our investors!
