Rather proud to say that yesterday I braved swimming in the London Docks and some of the hottest temperatures of the year to complete my first ever #triathlon. I was not fast - and as you can see from the picture below - I got very hot and sweaty. But it was all for a good cause. We were raising money for our local food bank in Tunbridge Wells.
