    A LinkedIn following is not a personal brand 👀 It's one piece of a much larger puzzle that should include: Strategy. Diversification. Consistency. To take your personal brand beyond a LinkedIn following you need to have a solid strategy behind your content that allows you to successfully diversify across channels such as: 🤳 Other social channels. 🗞 Digital PR. 📣 Speaking opportunities. 👥 Networking events. 💰 Paid advertisement. Exploring these channels will give your brand a wider reach while allowing you to be more targeted. P.S. None of this matters if you're not consistent. Consistency alone might not work but nothing works without consistency 🔑.

    What happens when you get a remote team in the same city for 48 hours? Pizza, Games, Music, Bucket Hats. Last week we had our annual Kurogo Summer Social in Manchester - Our very first northern social! We got as many of the team together as possible, including some special appearances from team members who flew over from Spain and France for the occasion. Here's what we got up to: 🍕 Games Night: Pizza and Games night on arrival. ⏳ Engagement hour: Collaborative work sessions to kick off the day. 🎥 Filming some content (by content we mean TikTok trends). 🗓 Monthly Update: A monthly update from the Senior team 📈 Growth talks: Open discussions about Kurogo's future. 🎲 More Food and Games: Hit the town for dinner and more games. 🥐 Farewell Breakfast: and one last engagement session before we all headed home.
