Behind every great founder, making TikToks at the social is a COO making sure the ship doesn’t sink! 😂 This is a pretty accurate representation of day-to-day agency life too. P.S. Sam if you see this, this is a joke 👀 But in all seriousness - this is a Lewis Baxter appreciation post 🖤

Ever wondered how your favourite LinkedIn creators post on LinkedIn without giving themselves the ick? 🤮 Don't worry, we've been there. Let's be real - Sometimes sharing anecdotes every day, or creating videos of yourself in your bedroom to share on LinkedIn, can feel a little bit cringe. We can't deny that some of our team haven't had their toes curl when they started their personal branding journey. But how can you get over this and post with confidence? Let's break it down together. Stop pretending to be someone you're not. Engage with people who are on the same page as you. Never forget your WHY. In a nutshell, personal branding is one of those things where you need to fake it until you make it. 👉 Focus on authenticity, professionalism, and value. 👉 Share genuine insights, provide actionable tips, and remember your purpose. 👉 Engage meaningfully, showcase your personality through humour or anecdotes, use visuals effectively, and always proofread for clarity. What did we miss? Let us know how you got over your ick for posting on LinkedIn! 💭

LinkedIn is not just a B2B sales channel. It's a great place for B2C founders to: 👉 Build authority. 👉 Meet potential investors and partners. 👉 Build a supportive network of other B2C founders. 👉 Attract top talent. If you need an example of someone killing it, check out Grace Beverley, Sumayah Saadi, and Ben Gallagher ✨

A LinkedIn following is not a personal brand 👀 It's one piece of a much larger puzzle that should include: Strategy. Diversification. Consistency. To take your personal brand beyond a LinkedIn following you need to have a solid strategy behind your content that allows you to successfully diversify across channels such as: 🤳 Other social channels. 🗞 Digital PR. 📣 Speaking opportunities. 👥 Networking events. 💰 Paid advertisement. Exploring these channels will give your brand a wider reach while allowing you to be more targeted. P.S. None of this matters if you're not consistent. Consistency alone might not work but nothing works without consistency 🔑.

What happens when you get a remote team in the same city for 48 hours? Pizza, Games, Music, Bucket Hats. Last week we had our annual Kurogo Summer Social in Manchester - Our very first northern social! We got as many of the team together as possible, including some special appearances from team members who flew over from Spain and France for the occasion. Here's what we got up to: 🍕 Games Night: Pizza and Games night on arrival. ⏳ Engagement hour: Collaborative work sessions to kick off the day. 🎥 Filming some content (by content we mean TikTok trends). 🗓 Monthly Update: A monthly update from the Senior team 📈 Growth talks: Open discussions about Kurogo's future. 🎲 More Food and Games: Hit the town for dinner and more games. 🥐 Farewell Breakfast: and one last engagement session before we all headed home. We're usually all about that remote life, but getting everyone together like this? Absolute gold. Do you think in-person meetups are important for remote-first teams? 🧐

From entrepreneur to personal brand powerhouse, Alex Hormozi has captured the attention of over 400k + people on LinkedIn, but more impressively over 8 million + across platforms 🤯. We can't deny that the sheer volume of content is a factor in the growth and success of Alex Hormozi's personal brand. Hormozi posts multiple times a day across various platforms, and it pays off. But let’s be real - quantity alone isn’t enough. Successful content comes from a solid strategy. You don’t need to post twice a day across 8 platforms to build a strong personal brand, and you you definitely don’t need 8 million followers to build a killer personal brand. But what about Hormozi’s strategy makes it pure genius? Let's break it down together. 👇 Alex has shown us time and time again how to master consistency and omnipresence with every message. Here are the key takeaways: 1️⃣ Ideal Over Product Hormozi sells a vision of success. He focuses on the narrative of achievement, drawing his audience in with stories of success and ambition rather than just products or services. 2️⃣ Repetition and Consistency Hormozi’s content might feel repetitive, but that's the genius. By rephrasing and repackaging his core messages, He ensures his audience knows his brand and what he stands for. There is no way you can scroll through any of Hormozi’s content for a minute and not know his values and what he is known for. 3️⃣ Diverse Platform Utilisation Hormozi doesn't stick to one platform, and unlike many, he doesn't repost the same content across them. For some, this could muddle their message, but not Hermozi. He keeps his message consistent while tailoring the content to suit each platform. It's clear where he stands no matter when you watch him. In a nutshell, Alex Hormozi’s success story shows us that it’s all about having a rock-solid strategy and being consistent with it! Focus on quality, stay consistent, and be true to your message across all platforms. What did we miss? What do you like about Hormozi's strategy? 🤔 #BrandGenius #AlexHormozi #MarketingStrategy #BrandConsistency #Leadership
