The luxury brand storytellers. We disrupt the expected, using creativity to seduce people to become a part of your story

About us

Lime is a boutique communication agency offering large agency experience, specialising in the luxury lifestyle, with offices in London and Beijing and partners around the world. Focusing on the affluent end user, we keep them interested and put them and the dialogue first. Understanding the barriers to the HNWI we get you into the party and then extend your brand appeal by adding soul, showing how it enhances their lifestyle, creating an emotional attachment that converts them to a loyal customer. Our team is made up of designers, writers, developers and content creators that together will get your campaign onto your target’s feed. Because if it’s not on social, it’s not on. Our comms approach ensures that you become known; creating joined up conversations that put you in the spotlight and dovetail with the campaign you're running or the image you're projecting. The Lime process is to reveal the DNA of your brand, unlock data intelligence, scope out the sector, listen in on social and disrupt the predictable. This helps us define and align your brand's philosophy with a relevant persona. We get to know the culture and market landscape, create strategies, build brands, design beautiful content and roll-out appealing campaigns. We craft a compelling narrative and concept to synch with PR activation, social and web, to interest, inform, and influence, just as every good storyteller should. After all, campaigns without a bloody good idea, social without strategy and creative content that doesn’t captivate may shout at everyone but is heard by no-one.

Gaggenau’s incredible MDW installation and Essential Induction demanded an audience. Challenges for our PR team were numerous: same venue, similar attendees, so how do you make a noise? Build anticipation, put Gaggenau in the reporters’ and editors’ minds and execute content in time for media to publish Design editions. To kick things off, we hosted a Virtual Press Live Roundtable, well ahead of Design Week 2024. The great and the good of Gaggenau were gathered in a forum at the Milan venue. Designer Sophie Ashby as host ensured the Press’s appetite was whetted. The first day of Milan Design Week is traditionally Press Day. With over 150 attendees enjoying a modern dance choreographed exclusively for the event. The event’s fame quickly spread through social, a Monocle radio interview and word of mouth, and from then on, attendance just kept going up. The Impact: - €813k worth of coverage - 126 pieces of Press coverage - Featured in Wallpaper*, The Telegraph, Monocle, Real Kitchen & Interior - 15.5Million Reach Discover the full press event here: https://lnkd.in/eMUxdxXi #MilanDesignWeek #MDW24 #Design #Press #PR #PressEvent

CAFFÈ RIMOWA ☕️ Classic design meets perpetual motion. During our latest PR work for Gaggenau in Milan, we sought to fuel our 20-hour days with a well-earned espresso. This being #MilanDesignWeek and us being us, we couldn't resist exploring the latest RIMOWA X La Marzocco collab pop-up cafe. It celebrates the launch of their limited edition Linea Mini espresso machine which features the iconic and well-travelled Rimowa's aluminium exterior grooves while integrating the hand-bent method reminiscent of early La Marzocco days at Officine Fratelli Bambi. The Linea is painstakingly assembled and installed entirely by hand, requiring 40 hours of dedicated craftsmanship. Designer Espresso anyone?

During Milan Design Week we secured coverage for Gaggenau in Monocle's special Salone del Mobile newspaper and on its radio station. An interview with Managing Director Peter Goetz before the event was printed to coincide with Gaggenau’s appearance during Milan Design Week. During the week, Peter Goetz and Head of Design Sven Baacke were also interviewed on Monocle Radio in its pop-up studio in Milan by Monocle’s Design Editor, Nic Monisse. This was ideal coverage in the highly sought after Design press. You can find the radio recording here: https://shorturl.at/xDGW7 #Gaggenau #MilanDesignWeek #ClientWork

Gaggenau, the luxury brand for professional-grade home appliances, presents 'The Elevation of Gravity' at Fuorisalone.it. This installation, hosted at Villa Necchi Campiglio from April 16th to 21st, offers a unique spatial experience while inviting the architecture and design community to connect and share insights. Crafted within Villa Necchi's glass pavilion, 'The Elevation of Gravity', a concept developed with the creative agency Anomaly Berlin, is more than just an exhibition, it's a manifestation of Gaggenau's timeless allure. Gaggenau has evolved into a brand with gravitational pull, and at Fuorisalone 2024, this force materialises into a new way of living. Enveloped in a semi-transparent fabric, the pavilion is divided into two contrasting yet interconnected spaces. It represents the equilibrium between what exists and the aspiration for more. One pole features a communal hub showcasing current appliances, while the other unveils the brand's latest product launches in a visionary display. Spanning 1100 square metres, the installation features The Essential Induction, The new generation of cooling and a first look at the next Gaggenau icons. To bring 'The Elevation of Gravity' to life, Gaggenau has once again collaborated with long-time architect partners 1zu33 Architectural Brand Identity. Additional collaborators for Milan Design Week 2024 include flooring specialists Schotten & Hansen GmbH; Italian natural stone masters, Salvatori, and manufacturers of high-end espresso coffee machines, La Marzocco. In a first for the brand, Gaggenau has commissioned Dirk Haubrich to create a bespoke ambient soundscape that will envelop visitors within the installation. The esteemed music composer has also composed original music for a contemporary dance performance which will take place within the installation. Renowned choreographer Philippe Kratz has crafted a tailor-made performance titled ‘Gravitas’, which infuses the Gaggenau space with vibrant energy, delivering an unparalleled immersive experience. Throughout the week Gaggenau will host dynamic discussions, interactive sessions, social events and workshops. A panel talk will take place, exploring how principles of reduction and essentialism can be employed in architecture and design to improve our lives. Dr Peter Goetz, Managing Director of Gaggenau, says: “In Villa Necchi Campiglio we will host our cultural statement. ‘The Elevation of Gravity’ installation promises to entice and enthral the design community of Fuorisalone with its structure and concept. Our guest will be the first to see the next Gaggenau icons, an evolution of the extraordinary, composed of two frames and a circle. A true work of art." Gaggenau’s ‘The Elevation to Gravity’ will be open between 11:00 – 18:00 from Tuesday 16th April until Sunday 21st April.

Architecture, Appetite and Ambiance 'The Little Black Book' of Milano covers art, design, architecture, green spaces, wine and dining. Commissioned by Gaggenau, the personal guidebook takes readers away from the obvious and into the hidden secrets of the city. The book has received glowing reviews since publication, as well as earning a Bronze award within publishing for its appeal, beauty and environmental consideration to reduce carbon footprint. Using local craftsmen, we commissioned a local photographer who was a Milan resident to capture the sights. While consciously working with local vendors and manufacturers who printed and pressed the books in the heart of Italy. As we gear up to Milan Design Week 2024, explore Gaggenau's exhibition at Villa Necchi from 16th - 21st April.
