As we enjoy our 20 years of BID celebrations, we're excited to announce Mystery Shop is back for 2024! Our program includes Levy Paying businesses, and scores them on areas such as friendliness, knowledge, and cleanliness.  This year, businesses will need to opt-in below to take part in Mystery Shop by no later than Thursday 19th September. The top performing businesses will be recognised at a celebratory awards evening, where other top-scoring businesses across the city centre will come together to celebrate their achievements and find out who will win the coveted BID Trophies! All businesses will also receive a personalised report with survey scores, business ranking, and data as feedback on your visit. There will also be the chance to attend a feedback session with our Mystery Shop providers themselves, who will run through your results in detail, and answer any questions you may have as well as providing valuable insight into the value of customer experience, and the impact this has on average spend and likelihood to return and recommend.   If you’re a Levy Payer with a business in Retail, Hospitality, Culture, Leisure or service, and would like to be involved this year, please let us know at [email protected].

What a day! Last Saturday was the Last Day of Summer waterfront festival. Spanning from Princes Dock to Royal Albert Dock, the festival had a huge range of wellbeing and family based activities such as: crafting workshops canoe taster sessions silent disco tours dancing (lots of it!) art paddle boarding swan pedalos foam mermaids and so much more! Exciting News! Our #BIDStreetRangers have a fresh new look! ✨ As well as brand-new uniforms plus a couple of new faces - we also have a brand-new cleansing vehicle! You'll now be able to spot two BID Buggy's on the streets of the city centre 🤩 From graffiti removal to gardening, maintaining alleyways, repainting street furniture, deep cleaning and litter picking - our BID Street Rangers offer an additional cleansing service in Liverpool city centre.
