    After the global successes our Kits for Clubs campaign had in its first season, designing innovative and fashion-forward kits for season two required the expertise of a team of experienced football shirt enthusiasts. John Ford and the team at Kosmico FC offered everything required and more, integrating concept building with design to deliver a range of kits that draw on our full 150-year history. With designs that draw on inspiration from our 100th year in 1974 when we were appointed the Royal Warrant by H.R.H. The Duke of Edinburgh, to the streets of Camden that house our offices today, the football kits for season two are sure to stand out on the terraces, on the pitch and wherever the selected teams choose to celebrate. With a focus on content production and story-telling, Kits for Clubs season two will celebrate and partner with the global rising stars of community football. The final kits from season one are being completed for delivery in August 2024, as we launch our new designs and applications for season two kits which can be submitted following the below. https://lnkd.in/ezn6mp67

    Delighted to announce that Lyle & Scott will be the official off pitch clothing supplier to AEK Athens F.C. for the upcoming 2024-2025 season. To work with such an iconic club in our 150th year brings a real sense of pride and we look toward to doing great work together.     Supporting grassroots football through our recent Community Clubs campaign. Helping those that need it most and ensuring that football truly is for everyone. Thanks to B-Engaged and VERSUS as well as all those involved in bringing the project to life. Our work within football and bridging the gap between the terrace and the pitch is just getting started. Kits for Clubs season 2 launching next week as well as further grassroots initiatives, ambassadors and product launches. Watch this space.

    Lyle & Scott's Community Clubs campaign launches with 4 grassroots football-focused films, produced and executed by B-Engaged & HIFEN Studios. The documentaries showcase ‘Kings & Queens’ in Amsterdam, Barcelona, Berlin & London. In each location, the Golden Eagle donated £20,000 to help fund the next generation of football alongside the release of these films. B-Engaged handled the production, delivery, partners, PR and execution for the brand in a continued collaboration to drive Lyle & Scott towards a football audience. More to come in this space.     Continuing our long-term commitment to grassroots football, our latest partnership with Footy Addicts aims to get more people playing and enjoying football across the UK and beyond.   Footy Addicts have one simple goal: to make football easy and inclusive to all. Our partnership begins with their annual London based tournament; however, they organise daily football games across the UK for any footballers looking for some pitch time and all the social and health benefits that come with it.   We made an initial investment in the game day experience for all players at their biggest event of the year, which took place last weekend in North London. Alongside the delicious lunches provided by Lil Watan, our new friends at Footy Addicts helped to select four hero teams who were gifted our exclusive Kits for Clubs football kits to bring their teams together on the game day.   Thanks to Steve Bardens for the photos taken across both days.

    Lyle & Scott are looking for a series of short term pop up spaces through the summer months and Christmas period. Focussing on UK, Benelux, Italy and Germany, city locations only. Space will be used to showcase new brand developments but ability to serve non alcoholic drinks and host small events would be an added bonus. Must be in an easy access location.     Lyle & Scott will be undertaking a series of retail, SIS and pop up shop openings and are now looking to develop its retail furniture. In both the UK and Europe. As an immediate requirement, we are looking to produce some large free standing eagles, roughly 175cm in height. Materials TBC but needs to be durable and transferable between stores.     As part of our recently launched Kits for Clubs initiative, Lyle & Scott are delighted to have sponsored Under the Radar FC, a leading innovator of grassroots football in the UK.   UTR were founded in 2018 by YouTuber Manny Brown. Having already found personal success on the platform, Manny saw how the YouTube market was expanding into original football content for teams and was one of the first to capitalise on the relationship between sports content and influencer audiences. They are true innovators, creating interactive documentary style content and commentary of the high and lows of their seasons, with highlights of some of their biggest fixtures generating millions of views on social media.    Now competing in London’s Sunday Football League, Manny and the brilliant team at UTR create authentic content and embody all that is great about the community spirit of the modern game.     Buy a kit or have a meal? New boots or pay the rent? Take my son or daughter to the game, or save the fuel to get to work?   We are proud to announce that the first official Lyle & Scott kits are being worn by football teams on pitches across the globe.     When we set out to launch this great initiative, we were determined to find a way to support the every-day grassroots footballers, the lifeblood and passion of the modern game. We are delighted to have developed this campaign from an idea into a reality, and grateful for the opportunity to share the pitch with 1000s of football players worldwide.    Grassroots football thrives on opportunity. The opportunity to perform, express yourself, forge new friendships, build new communities and create new stories. It is the foundation of world football, not only creating memories for those playing but platforms for the best players to find their way to the top professional leagues in the world.     Football was once a working-class sport. It provided hope and opportunity. Social class or status has no place on the pitch.    Our Kits for Clubs campaign aims to level the playing field by helping remove some of the financial barriers that might prevent committed players from playing regular football. We will continue to create opportunity where others see no hope, finding  the heroes of tomorrow while allowing people to look good and feel good in the process. Football should not be a choice or a trade-off, football should be for all.    Lyle & Scott will always champion the underdog.
