Exploring the culture, communities, and collaborations shaping Manchester's business landscape 💭 This morning, we hosted the seventh edition of the 'Manchester: A Destination for Business' event, in partnership with Greater Manchester Chamber, UK. The panel discussion focused on the growth trajectory of Manchester, and how we can take steps to future proof this growth 📈 A big thank you to our panellists Clive Memmott from Greater Manchester Chamber, UK, Janet Thornton from Confident Futures, Khayyam Jumani from J.P. Morgan Private Bank and Victoria Braddock of Marketing Manchester 🙌 And of course our CEO Lori Hoinkes, and panel host Chris Fletcher. It was a wonderful chance to come together and discuss how continual investment and development in not only infrastructure, but also in new talent within Greater Manchester can build the growth trajectory of the city for years to come.

One Day at Christmas 2024 launches at Manchester Central 🎄 We are so excited to announce that this December we will be one of seven venues simultaneously hosting One Day At Christmas; this is a charity event run by the UK events industry to create a wonderful and special Christmas day experience for lonely people who may not otherwise have that opportunity. The day will consist of a delicious Christmas lunch, entertainment, music, and hopefully lots of joy! Our fundraising efforts thread throughout the business... 🥦 Selling surplus fruit and veg to the Manchester Central Team at 'Market Central' 🧥 Encouraging visitors and delegates to donate at our free Cloakroom during events 💐 Bringing event organisers and St Ann's together to create opportunities like the Interflora UK & Ireland Flower Sale 🍸 Donating £5 from the sale of every Junction at Manchester Central 'Truffle Martini' It's been incredible to support the #BuildItTogether campaign from the start and we want to continue to do what we can to help the project reach completion. So, we've decided to extend our partnership with St Ann's until the new hospice is complete 💙 Let's smash some more targets 💪🏼
