One Baltic Square is one of Nexus Residential’s standout residential projects, providing much-needed high-quality homes to an increasingly popular part of the city. The development includes a stunning outdoor square styled after an Italian piazza, offering a vibrant and unique community space for residents. As a repeat borrower, Nexus Residential has consistently delivered high-quality developments, and we are proud to have recently followed the funding of this project with a new £20m loan for their Central Park project. Maslow Capital has provided an £8 million development finance package to support growing housebuilder, St. Philips Homes, in the acquisition of land and the development of 37 residential houses in Eccleshall. Leading Liverpool property developer, Nexus Residential, has secured a £20 million loan from Maslow Capital to deliver its new Baltic Triangle eco-apartment scheme.   The multimillion-pound facility will help complete the construction of Central Park – a 174-unit development on the edge of the city centre. Maslow Capital has provided a £45.1 million development finance package to The Heaton Group for the construction of a 250-unit luxury residential block in Salford, Greater Manchester. Known as Berkeley Square, it will deliver a mix of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments, aiming to address the city’s growing housing demand. The project aims to deliver a high quality of living for its residents, with all apartments situated around a large, landscaped central square designed to boost positive social interactions and well-being.
