🚒 We have a new role just in - 3rd Line Voice Support - hybrid role - office once a week. Salary to £50,000 + On Call Allowance of £100 per day. This role is only available to British Nationals as there is a requirement to get Government SC Security Clearance... Are you working as a Voice Support Engineer looking for a role where you can get training in M365 and Teams? We're looking for someone to join a leading Microsoft Partner with the following support experience: 🔥 SIP - Call Flows, headers etc 🔥 Teams / Zoom / Cisco 🔥 Broader infrastructure - DNS / M365 ideally The role is based from home, ideally in the Midlands to South of England. You will be joining a team of support Engineers as a L3 Support Engineer, and will be acting as a point of escalation for L1 & L2. This will involve dealing with external customers, so excellent communication skills are important to the role. There is a shift pattern of 08:00-16:30 / 09:00 -17:30, and you will be on call 1 week in 6 (£100 p/d on call allowance + O/T) There is tons of flexibility to this role, and we are looking for people who are keen to learn a huge amount. This role will be to come in and help take the Azure Data offering to the next level, meaning that you will have input into the go to market strategies and potentially help build the practice around you.
