Reflecting on a fantastic afternoon yesterday celebrating Myprotein Mum’s at Hale Country Club & Spa where we hosted our first ever Mum’s Away Day.   We bought together 9 women from THG Nutrition to network and learn from each other about their experiences of being a mum.   The afternoon was filled with goody bags, an MP Activewear demo with Amelia Lohan, a light workout session from Simone Farrington & an insight into EDI by Sam Davys MBE.   But what was really special, was providing a platform and a safe space for these women to have a voice and to share their stories. We’re super excited to have teamed up Holly Brooks and her SGS (Strong Girl Society) for our latest Myprotein Move Club instalment 🎉   Holly is running across the UK and she kicked off her tour in London on Friday, followed by Nottingham and Birmingham! 5K Community Run around the city, complete with limited edition Move Club x SGS T-shirts!   Next and final Stop ➡️ Manchester 🐝

Last week we had the exciting opportunity to showcase our bespoke training area which we created for Leon Edwards with our Myprotein influencers and brand partners.   Guests were put through their paces with a pad session in Leon’s Octagon with his MMA coach, worked on their free throws and competed for the strongest punch with our punching machine. We had a live DJ, re-runs of Leons fights on the big screens and signed gifting for all who attended.     Safe to say the guests had a fantastic time! Congratulations to all the teams for their hard work pulling this together 🚀

On Friday we started the weekend right & kicked off an amazing Battle Cancer challenge in Manchester with our Myprotein Move Club. A massive congratulations to Ashley Cain from the entire Myprotein team for completing his Ultraman 💪 Ash crossed the finish line in John O'Groats on Saturday, the last step on his almost 3,000 mile challenge. He battled injury, wind, rain and some of the worst weather conditions at sea in years to complete his journey after 87 days - the first man on earth to take on this challenge. We salute you Ashley. This week, Ellie Bedford in the THG Early Careers team hosted a University Partners Day, to introduce the opportunities at our business to various universities around the UK.
