We're two months into our second cohort of Mycons, the Myprotein High Performance Programme, and it's been a blast! Since the launch event in June, the cohort has received exclusive sessions from the L&D team, they've begun mentoring with a member of our senior leadership team and they've had the chance to partake in masterclasses from the SLT, including our CEO Neil Mistry. We can't wait to support them on the rest of their journey over the next few months. There is no community like the Myprotein Move Club community 💪 What began as lunchtime runs in the office and staff exclusive gym sessions, has evolved into so much more - and we couldn't be more excited for what's to come. Since its launch in January, we've held 46 Move Club events globally across two of our three pillars, and brought together the world of Myprotein from nutrition, ambassadors, partners, apparel - and at the heart of it - our customers. The Myprotein Move Club exists to create an opportunity for people from all levels of fitness, ages and backgrounds to become more active and move with the brand. We're incredibly excited to be launching our first Move Club: Lift event this weekend with our first female only event, bringing together some of the biggest female names within the industry for our community to train, lift and learn from. Earlier this year, THG announced two days of volunteer leave that's available for staff to take at their own discretion, and we’ve caught up with some of the MP Activewear team who spent a day together with Manchester Urban Diggers (MUD). MUD is dedicated to finding solutions to problems with our local food systems, including advocating for food sovereignty and providing volunteering opportunities & services. "We had a great tour of the whole community garden at Platt Fields from Dan, who has been working at MUD for years. We learnt about the supply of local vegetables in our area and the different ways MUD work with the local community, by providing produce to local restaurants and the multiple different creative activities & events that happen within the garden space. "We helped to weed the mint garden, watered the plants, pinned up the tomato vines and learnt all about different varieties of flora and fauna. "We were lucky enough to be treated to a home cooked meal from the fresh produce they grow on site, and we finished the day by curating floral arrangements for the wedding that was taking place in the garden the next day! "Overall it was a great team building day spent giving back to the local community and we would love to go back again to support this CIC who is doing amazing work." It's inspiring to see our team representing Myprotein and giving back to the community!

And that’s a wrap for our City2Surf Unofficial athletes 💪 We sponsored three Unofficial runners to race on City2Surf on August 11th. The athletes did amazingly well, with all of them smashing their goal times or PB's. City2Surf is an incredible event, with 90,000 people running from Sydney CBD to Bondi Beach, raising money for the 14km challenge. Myprotein partnered with them earlier this year as the Official Performance Supplement Partner. We gave our our Myprotein energy gels along the course and provided our best-selling Clear Whey Isolate to support the runners’ recovery at the finish line. We’re super excited to share that our Protein Crisps are BACK. Protein Crips have always been a fan favourite with Myprotein customers, so we wanted to give them a refresh - we update their packaging and added new flavours to add variety to this loved product. Did you know we have an MP Activewear maternity range?   This range has been a real labour of love for the MP team, knowing the importance to have comfortable clothing that supports you through your whole maternity journey, pre and post labour.   We caught up with the team to find out more about how they designed the range:   “We spent months researching how the body changes during pregnancy, working with doctors and THG brand Mama Mio so we could alter the fit to accommodate changes in the body.   We wanted to create maternity wear that didn’t look like maternity wear, something that had longevity and could be worn pre and post natal. Key features include updating the seam placement, choosing fabric that has minimal irritation and a fabric that is super stretchy that can see you through all stages of your pregnancy, not just the end. It was also top priority for us to give mums to be and new mums options in the fit, we have different leg lengths and options to wear leggings over the bump or mid rise.   The entire range was wear tested by mums to be, and we had their seal of approval before launching!” Keep your eyes peeled for what’s to come next! 👀

A huge congratulations to the THG Football Team who played in the final of the TCAS Cup 2024 on Sunday and overturned a 0-2 deficit to win 4-2!!   Not only that, the THG Football team have won the TCAS league season early with an impressive unbeaten run of 8 wins and 1 draw. This is the first time the team has won the league after finishing second in the last 2 seasons!   For the first time in THG history, the team has won both the TCAS league and the cup in the same season!   Congratulations to the players 🎉⚽️    #itscominghome #myprotein #madetomove

What a way to end the SGS x Move Club tour, led by Holly Brooks right here in Myprotein's home, Manchester.   With over 500 runners in attendance, this was our biggest Move Club to date 🎉. Reflecting on a fantastic afternoon yesterday celebrating Myprotein Mum’s at Hale Country Club & Spa where we hosted our first ever Mum’s Away Day.   We bought together 9 women from THG Nutrition to network and learn from each other about their experiences of being a mum.   The afternoon was filled with goody bags, an MP Activewear demo with Amelia Lohan, a light workout session from Simone Farrington & an insight into EDI by Sam Davys MBE.   But what was really special, was providing a platform and a safe space for these women to have a voice and to share their stories.
