Living with an Inoperable Brain Tumour: A Mother’s Story & A Call to Save Our Children I am a mother living with an inoperable brain tumour, and while I was blessed to have a child of my own, I know that many others won’t be as fortunate. Each year, over 550 children and young adults in England are diagnosed with a brain tumour. These tumours make up a quarter of all childhood cancers in the UK and remain the deadliest form of cancer for our children and young people. There is no cure, and this heartbreaking reality must change.
