We're thrilled to announce that our project “EDITION Lake Como” has been shortlisted for Hospitality Project of the Year at the GRI Club Europe. We share this honour with our partners at Bain Capital Special Situations. Since 2021, Omnam and Bain Capital have been transforming a modest hotel into Lake Como's premier luxury lifestyle destination. Opening summer 2025, this 148-room hotel will offer a unique hospitality experience benefiting from stunning views of the iconic landscape. Located opposite the Bellagio, The Edition Lake Como is set to become the new go-to destination in the area. Enhanced with a fresh design, the lake's largest floating pool, a new spa, as well as exciting food & beverage offerings operated by top chefs, this prime location offers a truly exceptional experience.
