What an amazing weekend at the #UDanceNationalFestival 2024 in Liverpool! 🎉 The festival was full of laughter, fun, creativity and most importantly, so much incredible youth dance 💃 The participants blew everyone away with their unique and vibrant performances, their willingness to explore new dance styles in the workshops, ask meaningful questions in the careers talks and at the marketplace, and also support everyone else! ⭐4 showcases on stage and screen ⭐48 workshops and talks ⭐50 groups ⭐400 young dancers Thank you so much to everyone who helped make this weekend a success: workshop, careers talk and marketplace leaders, all the staff at our partner venues Liverpool Everyman & Playhouse theatres, LMA, The Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts, our wonderful volunteers and freelancers, our Champion of #UDance and Young Creatives, Sir Richard Alston, our Bronze and Silver Access Sponsor, Trinity Laban, and of course, the amazing young people and their group leaders who worked tirelessly to ensure that their groups made it to the festival and had a fantastic performance ready to be shown - we couldn't have done it without you all!
