It's hard to believe it’s my 9th anniversary at Opus. I started as a fresh-faced 21-year-old with little understanding of the world or any specific expectations. Over the years, I've been fortunate enough to receive awards such as the Purpose Award and Client Services Award, which led to trips of a lifetime including LA and Mykonos. I've played my part in driving the company's focus on becoming more client-driven and in developing our services for clients and candidates. I've loved the opportunity to grow teams, developed consultants, and contributed to creating a culture I’m proud to be part of. While there are often negative connotations associated with long tenures at businesses, such as being seen as 'institutionalised,' I believe this perspective is lazy without all the facts! Opus has transformed significantly during my tenure, adapting to incredibly challenging markets and expanding globally. We've evolved from an organically grown company to one backed by private equity, diversifying our brands into award-winning businesses like JD Ross and Nology. I feel fortunate to be part of this journey and this next phase under the leadership of Chris Peel.
