In 2021, we created Packfleet because we thought there must be a better way. Today, that better way looks like a delivery success rate that's over 6% higher than the industry average. 💪💪💪

Doing better for the planet is just as much about everyday changes as it is big long-term targets 🌍 Changes like this 👇 Who Gives A Crap pallets used to arrive in our depot wrapped in single-use plastic. Now, as of this summer, they arrive held together by reusable rubber bands. We send the rubber bands back, and a lot of plastic is saved from landfill 👊

'Safe place' Words scarier than most horror films... The problem is that the difference between a 🤗 safe place and a 😱 safe place often comes down to opinion. Well, not anymore! Packfleet recipients have the power to define a safe place for every delivery they receive – complete with some handy photography to be extra safe 📷 Here to make safe places safer since 2021 ✌️

Independent businesses give a crap, but we know many don’t have time to think about their environmental impact. And, let’s be honest, toilet paper is probably quite low down on the list when they do… 🧻 That’s why we’re showing up on high streets up and down the country, chatting to independent shops and restaurants about eco-friendly choices – and how to have a positive impact more easily. Starting point: the one and only Lordship Lane in Dulwich, south London. Whether you’re going at home or out and about, with Who Gives A Crap you’re doing good. We donate 50% of our profiles to WASH causes around the world. So when you go, we give. #WeGiveACrap #SustainableBrands

Driver Days are probably the most important part in the Packfleet onboarding process. Every new hire in our team will spend a day out on the roads, using our tech to cross London and deliver parcels. Once you've done your Driver Day, you get it. You get to know the software our Engineers have built. You get a glimpse into daily life as one of our Delivery Drivers. You get to meet the people relying on Packfleet – some for the first time, and some every week. ... and you get your unofficial badge of honour after returning from your first shift 🫡
