Paddle Scotland is the new name for the Scottish Canoe Association. Our decision to rebrand was made in conjunction with Paddle UK and the other national associations, working together to jointly rebrand to a consistent "Paddle" set of identities using a more inclusive and representative name. The SCA's series of Winter Webinars kicks off tonight at 7pm with a session on Marine Weather, part of the 'Paddling on the Sea' series. The webinar will be delivered by Glenmore Lodge's Matt Haydock and is designed for any paddler of any craft who wants to improve how they plan and undertake coastal paddles. It is suitable for all ability and experience levels - from those who are yet to take their first paddle strokes on the sea, to those who are experienced coastal paddlers looking to increase their knowledge. Other series of webinars on offer include 'SUP Safety & Qualifications', 'Better Group Paddles' and 'Leadership Award Preparation'.
