Congratulations to Nicole who achieved a Distinction on her Level 3 Lead Adult Care Worker Apprenticeship! Nicole said, "I recently completed my level 3 apprenticeship in adult lead in health and social care. I really enjoyed completing my apprenticeship as I learned new skills that are relevant in my job role. I have also reflected on some of my existing practises and the skills, knowledge and behaviours that I have learned have helped me to adapt them to help me reach my potential. My tutor was simply the best, I completed my level 3 with my tutor (Caroline) she knew my learning style and was always very very supportive and understanding. I will use these skills moving forward to support me in my current role to mentor my colleagues in the setting I currently work in.
