Congratulations to Hawkins\Brown on winning the role of Lead Designer for Phase 2 – Lund Quarter on the Carpenters Estate, following some seriously good competition from other practices. It will be leading a design consortium made up of Bell Phillips, Fisher Cheng and Grant Associates to create a detailed design to deliver new homes, streets and public spaces, in line with the resident-led masterplan for the estate.
