Founder and Chief Energy Officer: People & Transformational HR Ltd - a self-managed Certified BCorporation
Organisational Versions. We see it in the software world: iOS and Windows versions. I've used it to describe the evolution of Operating Models or Organisation Design. At People & Transformational HR Ltd, we're today launching PTHR V6.0. - 2012 - Version 1.0 was just me; - 2018 - V2.0 me +2; - 2020 - V3.0 +4 more Transformers and into the Pandemic years; - 2022 - V4.0 and the immediate post-pandemic shape/form and flow; - 2023 - V5.0 up to now, and - Today is our V6.0 into play. What's different about V6.0? 1. A reshaped "proposition." People ask us, "What do you do?" The answer is quite a lot for a micro-enterprise. See the attached graphic of our Core 24. 2. Recognising where we don't play (don't want to/need to/aren't best built for) 3. We are preparing for our BCorp re-certification (it has been three years since we were first certified). 4. Continuing to evolve the HR 3.0 Operating Model (more to come on this soon). 5. Several new partnerships, products and services are about to get going. 6. Our own evolution in how we as a team have grown, diversified, and acquired new capabilities and perspectives on the working world. 7. A refreshed set of principles, team agreements, and ways of working showing our accountability, clarity and togetherness using our 42@work model. 8. Two books in the pipeline and to write. 9. A growing "spin-out" in ARC. A Regenerative Culture. And the return from maternity leave of its creator/source, Kirsten Buck So, it felt right to recalibrate, realign, and restart the CPU with a new, upgraded Operating System. Still one rule - we will be self-managed. Still the same mission - Better business for a better world. Still aligned to next-stage organisations and an improved experience of work for all. With thanks to Kirsten, Catalina Ticau, Katy Stanley, Maddy Woodman, Hannah Rogers for the collaborative spirit, and to Eva Morales, Christian Milam, Erik Korsvik Østergaard for the inspiration (along with many others).
