As part of our desire to increase awareness of careers in the asset management industry amongst young talent, PGIM hosted fifty students from a broad range of socio-economic backgrounds at the 2024 PGIM Inspire Work Experience Programme this month. The students visited PGIM’s Grand Buildings London office for a packed agenda, where they spent time with skilled professionals, took part in presentation and writing workshops, and pitched Dragons’ Den style to a panel of PGIM experts. The goal was to make the programme as interactive and thought provoking as possible, and we were proud of the cohort’s engagement and enthusiasm throughout. We were pleased to partner with The Catalyst Education Programme and IntoUniversity (from where over 40% of PGIM Inspire students were referred). Thank you to AmplifyME, Bill Britten and The Gantry London, Curio Collection by Hilton for sharing their insights with the group. PGIM looks forward to welcoming a new group of young talent in 2025!
