A new report highlighted that there's not enough "trans joy" in advertising. The study conducted by Channel 4 revealed that only one in every 10 transgender person feels like brands are supportive of their community. The report highlighted that representation of trans people within advertising is lacking, and, when they do appear, portrayals are “commonly sensationalised”.
