We are celebrating some of the fabulous women that work with us - continuing with May Ahmad who says - The best tip I could give would be to get to know your customers personally – by understanding your customers' pain points, needs, and preferences, you can enhance your customer experience tenfold! The best way to do this is to put yourself in a customer's shoes to see if the communications you are getting are correctly tailored to suit that situation. Plus, customer feedback is golden – if you can get feedback on your programs (positive or negative), you will gain valuable insights on what customers value and areas to improve on. The last tip I would give would be to stay informed about the latest industry trends and take inspiration from other businesses' CRM strategies – and, most importantly, be creative! Try to experiment and test as much as possible to learn from your findings.

This has been my comeback to full time work after a break for maternity and a fight with cancer. My role as a Polaris Developer with the Rating Engine team has made me look beyond algorithmic thinking and explore the business analytics behind the problems and solutions. Insurance is a fairly new domain for me and I love expanding my knowledge here, learning from the best in the field.

PPG has provided me with the ability to achieve work-life balance by enabling me pursue certifications and trainings that aid my career development.
