Last week, OnTheMarket revealed the areas where homes are selling the fastest and slowest 🏡 In the first edition of the Transaction Speed Index, Plymouth, Newcastle upon Tyne, Luton and Bristol topped the list for fastest transaction times, with Plymouth leading the way at only 32 days between a property being listed on the market and becoming SSTC. On the other end of the scale, Blackpool has the slowest time to sell at an average of 62 days.
