Job Title: Dental Receptionist Location: North West London - Camden Practice Type: Mixed NHS/Private Practice Employment Type: Full-Time Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:45 AM - 6:00 PM Including 2 Saturdays a month Salary: £12+ per hour (Dependent on experience) Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in a mixed NHS/Private dental practice. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage appointments and patient records efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Greeting and assisting patients in a friendly and professional manner. Managing appointment bookings and ensuring smooth patient flow. Handling patient inquiries, both in-person and over the phone. Processing payments and managing billing procedures. Coordinating with dental staff to ensure seamless practice operations.
