Today, we are announcing that we have decided to close RegTech Associates after a fantastic five years working at the heart of the RegTech market. We would like to thank all our clients for the faith and trust they placed in our expertise, research and advice and hope that we have made a contribution to the success of this important industry sector. We’d also like to thank all our past employees and team members for the part that they have played in building the business, producing work they should be very proud of for our clients and for embracing our mission so wholeheartedly. The team is moving onto new projects and opportunities and are excited about what the future has in store!

MiCA introduces a harmonised digital asset regulatory framework to the European Union, representing a huge step forward compared to the current fragmented regulatory landscape across member states.
