Our policies are designed to support Reservists and Cadet Force Adult Volunteers, and we've fostered a welcoming culture for Veterans and Service personnel family members. We are thrilled to announce we have become the first AV company to be awarded Armed Forces Covenant Gold status in the 2024 Defence Employer Recognition Scheme! 🥇 After picking up the Silver Award last year, we have kept up momentum and continued our commitment to supporting ex-Forces personnel by providing routes into an industry where their skills can shine and creating meaningful partnerships with local organisations. This achievement reflects our commitment to the values of the Armed Forces community. We are dedicated to creating a workplace culture that recognises and supports the unique skills and experiences that veterans can bring to our team. ✔ Find out more about the Armed Forces Covenant, how we’re supporting and opportunities at Kinly, here: https://hubs.ly/Q02MJFwF0 #ArmedForcesCovenant #ArmedForces #AVTweeps
