Last week Laura attended the Royal Welsh Agricultural Society Sustainable Grass and Muck Event at Trawscoed. The industry descended on Aberystwyth University’s farm, in an area of the country well known for its grass-growing abilities. It was a great opportunity for knowledge sharing, all focused on sustaining food production in a changing landscape.

We are so proud to be part of this industry and the small role that we play in helping farmers and other businesses achieve their goals. Whether you enjoy it with coffee, ice cream, chocolate or cheese, there are so many ways to #EnjoyDairy. 🌱Improving the sustainability of our business has been a focus of ours for several years now, and we are proud to announce our Silver rating as part of the EcoVadis sustainability assessment. This Silver rating means that Reverberate is in the top 15% of businesses ranked across all industries. We were especially pleased to see that our score has improved since the last assessment in 2023, placing us in the top 11%! EcoVadis assesses and scores businesses on environment, ethics, sustainable procurement and labour and human rights. This process not only benchmarks our performance in these areas, but it also allows us to track our progress and identify areas where we can improve. We believe that business should be a force for good, and more and more organisations in agriculture are making sustainability part of their core activity and value evidence of this in the businesses that they partner with. All of our clients offer a wide range of services and products that bring value and innovation to the the agricultural industry, and we feel incredibly lucky to play our role in that!

As we all work from home, our quarterly team meetings are a great chance to catch up in person and learn from one another. We consider ourselves very lucky to do this at our unofficial headquarters at Land Rover Experience West Country! At our last meeting, our in-house photographer and videographer James gave the team a refresher course on the basic rules of good photography and filming, then sent us out to put them to use in real life. After a brief modelling stint, we all quickly decided to stick to our day jobs... The cherry on top of a great day was experiencing first hand just how tough and agile Land Rovers are in their natural habitat - massive thank you to the LRE team for taking us for a spin!
