Its 34 employees - now known as partners - own the company though an Employee Ownership Trust and Rubicon People Partnership, at the time of transition, was one of four wholly employee-owned recruitment consultancies in the UK. Success has meant that we're consistently recognised as the trusted recruitment partner and staffing supplier to numerous successful businesses in the south and we deliver exceptional customer service levels whilst continuously improving and growing profitability. All this is achieved by putting happiness, positivity and quirkiness centre stage. Clients see us as their "Consultancy of Choice", candidates their "Agency of Choice" and others an "Employer of Choice", dispelling traditional images of what's the norm in a stigmatised industry sector. Using unique candidate attraction and selection, we work alongside businesses across the UK to find them talented people who will help their business develop. Annnddddd relax 😅 Over the Bank Holiday, two of Rubicon's own team took to the Jurassic Coastline to join in the It's Going To Get Hairy 'Summer March' in aid of Rock2Recovery 🧗 We're in awe of all the marchers who battled through 51KM of torrential rain, scorching sunshine, unstable ground and the mental challenge of striving towards that finish line in Swanage, but they did it!🏅👏 We loved cheering you guys on from our aid station at Kimmeridge Bay which went down a treat 🍫🍻 (even during the mid-afternoon DOWNPOUR! ⛈️) A huge congratulations to everyone that took part, and has helped to raise an incredible £2970 so far, for Rock2Recovery and The Llanberis Mountain Rescue Team LMRT 🎉 See you again in November? 😏 . . . #CharityWalk #Rock2Recovery #SummerMarch
