Our batteries are going to Space, again! 🚀🔥 Saft has donated batteries to the Centre Spatial de l'Université de Montpellier (CSUM), a French academic center for spatial research. These batteries were used to power #ROBUSTA-3A, a nanosatellite on which more than 300 students and CSUM teams have worked over the past 10 years. ✅ ROBUSTA-3A was successfully launched on the first #Ariane6 rocket from the European spaceport in Kourou, French Guiana, on Tuesday, July 9 at 20:00 (Paris time).
