The Trustees of the IFRS Foundation have appointed Michel Madelain as Managing Director of the IFRS Foundation. Michel is an experienced and highly regarded leader. He previously served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Moody’s and is a former partner of EY France. Michel knows the IFRS Foundation well; he served as a Trustee of the IFRS Foundation from 2018 to 2023. Michel is appointed for a two-year term, starting in September.
